   1. over koetjes en kalfjes praten [over kleine, dagelijkse dingen]
   2. oude koeien uit de sloot halen [over dingen beginnen die al uitgepraat zijn]
   3. hem koeien met gouden horens beloven [hem beloften doen die je niet waar kunt maken]
   4. je weet nooit hoe een koe een haas vangt [misschien lukt het toch nog wel]
   5. koeien van fouten [hele grote fouten]
   6. de koe bij de horens vatten [ermee beginnen, er hard aan gaan werken]
